Buyer Home Inspections

As a home buyer, you need a home inspection as part of your due diligence in making the largest investment of your life. Jumping into this decision is exciting and terrifying at the same time. By purchasing a home inspection you are crossing all the Ts and dotting all the Is. Your home inspection report will contain a lot of information about your new home. It will most likely contain some information that you don't like, but every item contained within the report is valuable to you as the new owner. With this information, you and your agent can negotiate for a better price or that repairs on critical items be made before the sale takes place.

Picking a home inspector to hire can be an arduous task. There are so many out there and they all offer similar services for similar prices. However, not all inspectors offer the same level of service for their base price. Caliber Inspections performs full infrared powered inspections with every home inspection we book. The benefit to using infrared technology during a home inspection is clear. It allows a home inspector to spot anomalies which cannot be seen with the naked eye. These anomalies may indicate moisture damage hidden behind a wall, a lack of insulation in the attic or air leaks around the windows. All of these issues can be extremely costly, especially if they go unresolved for extended periods of time.

When you hire Caliber, you are getting the best Northern Colorado has to offer.  Using the latest and greatest home inspection technologies and top notch InterNACHI certified professionals, you can rest assured that you are making a sound investment in your new home. And to top that off, our home inspection reports are guaranteed to be delivered within 24 hours to ensure you have plenty of time for your contingencies to be worked out. Call today or schedule your appointment online to get the process started.
